St Anton is a superb ski holiday destination especially for intermediates and advanced skiers; its huge ski area and varied pistes offer a challenge for all standards. The pistes are extremely well groomed by the pisteurs using latest technology snow canons if required. A very modern lift infrastructure ensures easy access to pistes that are well connected and clearly marked.

The area is a mecca for off piste skiing and experienced guides are widely available. Ski schools are highly professional.

St Anton town is centred around the pedestrianised main street with its lively bars and restaurants. Popular bars include the Kandahar, Kartouche and the Hacienda. The atmosphere is young and vibrant; après ski starts early and ends late. Restaurants offer a variety of local and international food at very reasonable prices.

St Anton is 2hrs 15minsd from Zurich; and 1hr 45mins from Friedrichshafen (Ryanair fly there, often very cheaply)
