Our intimate knowledge of the resorts, over 12 years experience of working with corporate groups together with reliable local contacts and staff ensures a successful trip; be it with your clients or your colleagues.
Our Ski Intelligence division specifically assists our corporate customers in every step of the planning process to ensure maximum value is generated from your investment.
Ski Intelligence offers the following range of services, one or more of which can be employed, depending on your requirements:
Briefing:
Ski Intelligence can become involved at conception - helping you develop or refine your brief.
Advises you in establishing realistic budget parameters for the event.
Ski Intelligence will present a clear fixed fee or percentage fee structure for our work-uniquely we are transparent in all our billing.
Proposal:
Using the brief, we will investigate and research resorts and accommodation to create a proposal with the best options available for your requirements and importantly we'll consider the group members' demographics, preferences and personalities.
Activities – Agenda planning:
We will advise on and help you plan the agenda for the evenings and mountain activities : e.g. heli-skiing, group lunches, ski lessons, off piste guiding, tobogganing, ski-dooing, sleigh rides, ski races, restaurant bookings, bars and clubs etc.
Administration:
Negotiating with and booking accommodation provider.
Arranging and booking flights.
Arranging and booking transfers.
Managing room lists.
Managing the group administration process entirely for the client
In Resort:
Alpine Weekends Ltd - Resort Representative and Ski Host (roles, levels of service and costs by prior arrangement).
Measurement and Output
Provision of website or DVD content: we can produce video highlights of the trip (for your company's and client's websites) which can be useful to keep the party members in touch after the event.
Bespoke survey: we can also construct and conduct a short post-trip survey to report on particular criteria set with our client.
Account Management:
Client meetings: initial briefing, presenting back options. We can work in complete partnership with your own personnel to save you time and hassle - contacting potential suppliers and the individuals invited to attend the event.
Consistent day to day contact with an Alpine Weekends Director throughout the planning process, during and after the event.
Your UK Account Manager or Director can accompany you to the resort if you require, for an additional fee.
